I couldn't for the life of me find that.
The bearing stack is exactly 27.00mm tall, but the slot for it has 27.25mm (probably to counteract shrinking). My xy_joiner parts were printed very precisely, so there was either a gap there and the bearings were rattling around or the part got bent in step 13. Both not good.
So I printed 0.3mm thick shims in ASA and put one between the aluminum spacers in each stack, which fixed the issue.
I can confirm that: The counterbore for the M6 cap heads are designed with 9.90mm diameter, but the actual heads are ~10.05mm. The M5 heads are more or less fine with the counterbores being the same size as the actual cap heads (8.50mm).
Gently drilling the M6 holes out with a 10mm drill helped in my case.
This is almost impossible to install, since the linear rails for the Z-axis are already mounted on the vertical 3030 extrusions (but are not shown in the images!).
Warning: The guide makes it seem that the placement of the electronics subframe is somewhat variable, but this isn't really true! If you don't place it exactly 47mm away from the main frame, the side and bottom panels won't fit anymore, because the screw holes don't have any buffer space. Same goes for the two printed shelves above electronics.
