There's a 3030_panel_mount_vertical part as well as a 3030_panel_mount_horizontal in the Enclosure 2.0 printed parts, but it's not clear where it should be used.
Note: this step is not obviate by Step 6, where the board firmware is flashed. Rather, this covers the rest of printer configuration and setup.
Even though the actual install of the bed heater is postponed until the commissioning (https://docs.ratrig.com/commissioning-gu...), the bed thermistor still has to be plugged in. The bed heater can be placed somewhere convenient.
The heatercables do not need to be plugged in, though.
Before attaching the PINDA probe, one should add the DuPont connector according to Step 42 here: 14. Wiring, Firmware & RatOS
Before attaching the 4028 cooling fan, one may wish to modify the fan to add the appropriate length wire leads and connectors, following Step 32 here: 14. Wiring, Firmware & RatOS
The pictures are for an unenclosed Ratrig V-Core and don't take into account just how different the front idler are in the enclosed version.
Judging from Ratrig's store, it looks like the wire colors are the same as the Delta's, that is, "Black - 0V, Red - 12V, Blue - PWM (Control), Yellow - Sensor (Speed-Tachometer)": https://ratrig.com/fan-4028-axial-protec...
The 4028 fan that came with my kit is a Protechnic MGT4012WB-W28, which also has 4 wires: black, red, blue and yellow. How is it supposed to be wired?
Here's an article about which side of the fan is the intake side: https://www.pcworld.com/article/394576/h...
Money quote from it: "If the fan blades look rounded—that is, they’re curving away from you—that’s the intake side. (For the more technical out there: The convex side of the fan blades is the intake side.)
"If the fan blades look like the inside of a dish or bowl—that is, they’re curving toward you—that’s the exhaust side. (In other words, the concave side is where air exhausts.) Oftentimes, the exhaust side also has the crosshatch supports for the fan’s frame, with a circular sticker in the center that lists brand and model information."
While this step indicates that the "bottom_horns_volcano" part should be used, the PETG parts included with the Ratrig kit may only include the "regular" bottom horns (for non-Volcano nozzles).
