According to Step 7 the cast corners screws should already be tightened. So should they be tightened in step 7 or in step 19?
Also how can I check that the base frame is square if there are the corner brackets installed? I cannot use my engineering square in the corner when there is the bracket present.

You going to need 4x M5x14 Screws, as shown in the picture. The text says only "2x M5x14 Cap Head Screw" but that is a mistake.
Both ends seems to be tapped, so I assume the position doesn't matter.
