18 washer, 16 for the outer parts, 2 for inside the plate

we never tightened the M3x40 countersink from step 25 and 31, that is normal?

the green part should be prepared in step 21, won't be used here, also we only used 2 bearing, 2 hex nut, 2 countersink screw, 2 aluminium spacers.

oh so that is why we only put 3 screw before

picture shows upper left plate, not upper right plate, according to step 14

orientation of the cable is not specified, i've oriented it toward where the green printed part will be

all aluminium spacers are black, do not look for chromed parts

should say to insert a screw in half of the hole with 1 hole between each screw, it's not highly visible on a flat 2D image
