Because they don't manufacture the EBB board, BTT does. It's a 3rd part part they have incorporated into the printer, same as the hotend and extruder are 3rd part parts.
"If you received an IEC connector that resembles the one shown in the picture, please do not install it. The correct installation steps will be provided later in the guide."
So when will the correct IEC be shown because its not in this guide...?
