Why not put the filament at the top of the frame vs this super long path???
@ratrig You guys really need to check the tolerances on these green diffusers. I'm assuming they are supposed to be a press fit? They are way to off and just fall over.

Had to undo the belt tesioner on the hot end too.
I had the same issue tensioner kept getting in the way.
