@ratrig the cutout for the fuse holder is too large -> the flat spot does not prevent the fuse holder from rotating
If you have two holes in each corner on the front, put there also a T-Nut and screw in. Then you are able to mount the cast angle in 11. Accessories, Step 28 with all four bolts.
The tolerances on the end cap are not good - mine is very loose. Why don't use commercially available ones?

The fit for the locking nuts should be tighter, i was not able to tighten the M5 screws in step 20 (they slip)
