M8x12 Low Profile Cap Head Screw

Insert the screws through each hole in the spindle mount and secure it into the spindle mount body

Assembly from the previous step

6x M8x22 Cap Head Screws

6x 4040 Drop-in T-nut M8

Loosely thread a 4040 T-Nut on to each of the M8x22 screws. Do not tighten them at this point.

2x M6x70 Cap Head Screws

2x Square nut M6
-
Do not fully fasten the M6x70 screws at this point. They will be used to hold the router in place later in the assembly

Router Mount Assembly
-
Mount the router mount assembly on to the Z-Axis

Push the router Mount all the way down on the Z-Axis

Insert the Rat Rig Router into the mount as shown

Ensure the bottom of the router is flush with the Router mount assembly.
