I really don't think that all the yellow bolts should, or even can be loosened. Only the M3X8 BT, or in extreme cases the three per side middle bolts holding the 2020 in place.
I found it to be easier to install one bolt not fully tight on the left, and then carefully slide the cartridge with attached x-axis assembly and the right hand carriage all the way to the front. Then loosely install one bolt on the right to align everything. I alternated loosely installing one bolt, left then right, until all eight were in.

These are printed parts, and my 5x vc4_ac_cover_support assembly were green instead of black.
Also should be 15 screws. With step 14 showing one screw to many.
The 16 isn't too long. If the T nut fails to rotate into place it will seem like it is though.
I presume we should tighten the belt tensioner set screw once the X axis gantry is square?
