If you were unlucky, you got a toolhead plate where the mounting holes for the LDO Orbiter have not been threaded. Contact RatRig for a replacement or go buy an M3 tap from the hardware store and take care of it yourself.

If your holes in your prints seem way too tight, you can ream M3 holes with 1/8” drill bit and M5 holes with a 13/64” drill bit. Some of the recesses for the M5 cap heads I had to open up with a 21/64” bit. Go slow and maybe start with the drill in reverse. You should be able to push a bolt all the way through with very little effort, only minor friction. I also tried printing some parts at 100.8% scale which helped a lot on the gantry ends that had to fit the 2020 extrusion.
