Corner plate assembly from Step 23 & 27

Position the corner plate assemblies on the 3030 extrusion ends as shown

Secure the corner plates to the extrusions by fastening the marked M6x12 screws

Check that the corner plates are square to the extrusion, and flush with the ends

505mm 3030 Extrusion

Fit the 3030 extrusion to the corner plate assemblies as shown

Tigthen the marked M6x12 screws to secure the extrusion to the frame
