It would be advisable to place the M6 washers in a separate bag, in my case one micro precision shim was stuck in the inside hole of a M6 washer. I managed to take it out, hopefully it's not bent.

It's better to drill the counter-bore larger hole first, then drill the smaller hole inside.

Warning, missing step!

There are no instructions for installing the X rail to the 2020 extrusion.

Do we have to remove the endstops from the X rail before installing it on the 2020 extrusion?

I believe “Cap Head Screws M3x10” should be “Cap Head Screws M3x8”.

Where exactly in the parcels are the drive bases? I can't find them.

It would be nice to know why is this step required right now and why would it be difficult to install a back panel later.

Another thing: where are the measures for holes? Positions, sizes.

For the 500x500x500 variant, diagonal lengths are 892mm as measured in the picture above. Distance of the middle extrusion to sides is 305mm each side.

For 500x500x500 variant the conversion is as follows:

420mm becomes 620mm

440mm becomes 640mm

450mm becomes 650mm

Have a ruler handy.
